Thursday “Serenade To A Cuckoo” ~ Jethro Tull

Ian Anderson _ Jethro Tull

I know so many I don’t know which one of them to dedicate this to, including myself!

This was a rarity that Ian Anderson did a song in which he or the band didn’t write but what an awesome cover of Roland Kirk.

In fact if you excuse the pun the band as a whole put more than enough english on it to make this song even better. I love this early Tull and how they took a blues & jazz start then evolved into such a powerhouse progressive rock band.

They just got better and better as they went along.
