But not without a lot of contributors and volunteers. It takes a lot of work to put on this yearly Labor Day Weekend Festival. There’s only one problem! So many performers that you may want to see all at the same time.

Only this time machine will be coming here this Friday on the opening night of Detroit’s 2012 International Jazz Festival. Sonny Rollins hits the JP Morgan Chase Stage at 8:45PM, located at Camp Martius.
This 5 stage 4 day/night Jazz Fest is one of the best in the world and has had many of legends play here in it’s now 34th year history in the Motor City. Nowhere else on this planet can you hear the best in Jazz for absolutely Free.
