If this don’t take you on a trip nothing will.
The guitars of Green & Kirwan riffing off each other, absolutely Mind Blowing.
Both of these men have never stopped since they arrived on the music scene during the British Invasion of the early-mid 60s for Farlowe and mid-late 60s for Beaker.
And as you can hear for yourself Chris Farlowe’s pipes have only gotten better with time and at the age of 71 is still touring with somebody.
Norman Beaker has played with every known major blues player from Lowell Fulson, Graham Bond to BB King and all in-between.
This is just a grittier, more soulful and blusier rendition of writer Lonnie Mack’s song that defines both Farlowe’s & Beaker’s blues genre passion.
