Sunday Soul ~ Little Walter ~ Blue Midnight

This Version was Recorded in 1952 from his third session on Chess Records.

There are harp players and then there are HARP PLAYERS. You are listening to the Grand Master. And they didn’t get any better.

Marion Walter Jacobs innovated the style of playing what would inspire those after him to seek into the depths of the blues.

He was the only artist ever to be inducted into the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame in 2008 strictly for that Harp Playing.

Only 37 years on this earth, but man what a lifetime of music he left us with to sink into our souls.
